Snoory is an iOS application that generates personalised AI-powered bedtime stories for children. The app is operated by Snoory ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Snoory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Snoory is intended for use by parents, caregivers, and guardians on behalf of children. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country). Children should not use the app without parental supervision.
Snoory offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are offered as:
All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's subscription policies. We do not issue refunds directly — please contact Apple for refund requests.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your device's App Store subscription settings.

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models). While we apply safety filters and content guidelines designed to ensure all stories are appropriate for children, we cannot guarantee that every generated story will be perfectly suitable for every child. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children.
Generated stories are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not claim authorship of AI-generated content or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Snoory name, logo, app design, and all non-AI-generated content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without written permission.
AI-generated stories produced using your inputs are provided to you for personal use. We retain no ownership over the specific story content generated for you.
Your use of Snoory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Snoory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of Snoory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
